The Simsbury Light Opera Chorus will be our guests at this special Shabbat service. This chorus of 30 plus voices performs throughout the year. They have appeared in many special venues such as the Hartford Symphony Orchestra, the CBS "Good Morning Show", the Connecticut Governor's Mansion, and the Wadsworth Atheneum's Festival of the Trees. Congregation member Lou Norton is a part of this group and we thank him for bringing them to FVJC-Emek Shalom to enhance our service with their Jewish music selections.
